Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions of Sale – Crazy Panels

These Terms & Conditions apply to all quotes, orders, sales and deliveries supplied by Crazy Panels (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, the customer (“you”) agrees to these terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.


1. Quotes & Orders

  • All quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are in Australian Dollars and exclude GST unless noted.

  • Orders are confirmed once accepted by Crazy Panels and may require a deposit or full payment before dispatch.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors.


2. Pricing & Payment

  • Payment terms are payment prior to dispatch unless an approved trade account exists.

  • Trade accounts must be paid within agreed terms (e.g. 7 or 14 days).

  • Late payments may incur interest and recovery costs.

  • Ownership of goods remains with Crazy Panels until paid in full.


3. Product Information

  • Products include cool room panels and related building materials.

  • Colours, finishes and dimensions may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm suitability and quantities before ordering.

  • Custom-cut or special-order items cannot be returned.


4. Delivery Policy

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery timeframe is 2–3 business days from dispatch for stocked items.

  • Timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to freight, location, weather, or supplier delays.

  • We are not liable for delays outside our control.

Delivery Areas

  • We deliver throughout Western Australia and may arrange interstate freight where required.

  • Additional freight charges apply outside metro areas.

Delivery Requirements

  • Customer must ensure safe and reasonable site access for delivery vehicles.

  • If site access is unsafe or unavailable, delivery may be rescheduled and additional charges may apply.

  • Delivery is considered complete when goods are unloaded at the agreed delivery point.

Unloading

  • Standard deliveries are kerbside or nearest safe access point unless otherwise arranged.

  • Customer is responsible for labour/equipment required for unloading unless agreed in writing.

Delivery Damage

All goods must be inspected at delivery.

You must notify us within 48 hours of:

  • Damage

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect goods

Photos and invoice details are required.
Do not install damaged goods.


5. Risk & Title

  • Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.

  • Title (ownership) remains with Crazy Panels until payment is received in full.

  • We may recover goods if payment is not made.


6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are only accepted with prior approval.

We may accept returns where:

  • Requested within 7 days

  • Goods are unused and in original condition

  • Goods are standard stocked items

If approved:

  • Restocking fee up to 25% may apply

  • Freight costs are non-refundable

  • Return freight is customer’s responsibility

Custom, cut-to-size, clearance or special-order items are non-returnable.


7. Warranty & Defects

We will honour manufacturer warranties and Australian Consumer Law.

If goods are faulty:

  1. Notify us with photos and details

  2. We may inspect or request return

  3. If confirmed faulty, we will repair, replace or refund

Incorrect installation or misuse is not covered.


8. Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch may incur administration or supplier costs.

  • Orders already shipped or custom ordered cannot be cancelled without cost recovery.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss

  • We are not responsible for installation errors

  • Our liability is limited to replacement, repair or refund of goods

Nothing excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


10. Storage Fees

If delivery is delayed at the customer’s request, storage fees may apply after a reasonable period.


11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside our control including:

  • Freight disruptions

  • Supplier delays

  • Weather events

  • Industrial action

  • Natural disasters


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
