Refund & Returns Policy – Crazy Panels

At Crazy Panels, we aim to supply quality cool room panels and related products at competitive prices. Because many of our items are bulky building materials and often supplied to order, the following policy applies to all sales unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1. Change-of-Mind Returns
We do not generally accept returns for change of mind.
In limited circumstances, and only with prior written approval, we may accept a return if:

The request is made within 7 days of delivery or collection

Goods are unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

Goods are returned in original packaging

Items are standard stocked products (not special order or custom cut)
If approved:

A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply

All freight and handling costs are the customer’s responsibility

Refunds will be processed once goods are inspected and approved
Special order, custom-sized, or clearance items are non-returnable.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Please inspect all goods immediately upon delivery or collection.
If goods are:

Damaged in transit
-
Incorrectly supplied
-
Missing items
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide:

Order/invoice number
-
Photos of the issue
-
Description of the problem
We will assess and, where appropriate:

Replace the item
-
Repair the item
-
Provide a refund or credit
Do not install damaged or incorrect panels. Installed goods are considered accepted.
3. Warranty & Faulty Products
Crazy Panels will honour applicable manufacturer warranties on supplied products.
If a product is believed to be faulty:

Contact us with details and photos

We may request inspection or return of the item

If deemed faulty, we will repair, replace, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law
Normal wear and tear, incorrect installation, misuse, or modification are not covered.
4. Freight & Handling

Delivery fees are non-refundable

Return freight is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

We are not responsible for damage caused by third-party transport arranged by the customer
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method where possible.
Please allow:

5–10 business days after approval and inspection for processing
6. Order Cancellations
Orders cancelled before dispatch may incur administration or supplier cancellation fees.
Orders already shipped or custom-ordered cannot be cancelled without cost recovery.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
